Assortment of our finest Iberian cold cuts. The Lomo is made from 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loins, completely lean. It is seasoned with the finest Pimentón de la Vera, top-quality natural spices, and carefully selected casings. Slowly cured for 70 days in a natural cellar, it achieves a compact, uniform texture. When sliced, a rich marbling of glossy fat is visible—thanks to the oleic acids from the acorns of Los Pedroches.

The salchichón and chorizo are made from meticulously selected lean cuts of acorn-fed Iberian pork and undergo a precise defatting process. Faithfully following the traditional recipes of the Valle de Los Pedroches, they are stuffed in natural casings and have a low fat content and reduced caloric value.
