Belloterra celebrates over 20 years of elevating Iberian ham to the level of art. From our first steps in the heart of the Los Pedroches region, we have fused tradition and creativity, transforming the production process into a masterpiece. A love for ham and culture turned into a product with a unique flavor.
What makes us extraordinary
We treat each phase of production as a creative process, similar to a painter carefully tending to each brushstroke of their work. From raising our pigs to the final packaging, every step is designed to ensure an extraordinary product for discerning palates.
The dehesa
Our dehesa, located in the heart of the Los Pedroches region, offers a unique ecosystem that allows our Iberian pigs to live freely, feeding on the finest raw material: acorns. This natural environment, with its vast pastures and biodiversity, is essential for breeding that preserves the tradition of a high-quality product.
The passion
The passion for what we do is at the heart of Belloterra. We don’t just produce Iberian ham, we do so with deep respect for tradition, the artisanal process, and the environment around us. Our own livestock
Livestock management is one of our greatest strengths, allowing us to have complete control over the production process, from breeding to the final transformation of the product. At Belloterra, we have our own livestock, raised under strict conditions that ensure the well-being of the animals. This guarantees full traceability of the process, always meeting the expectations of our customers.
