Storage
Keep in the refrigerator between 4 °C and 8 °C. Once the package is opened, consume within a maximum of 24 hours. If not consumed immediately, store the slices well covered to prevent them from drying out.
Serving Suggestion
Take the tray out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving to allow the shoulder to recover its ideal texture. Place it on a plate, slightly separate the slices, and enjoy its full flavor, either on its own or accompanied by bread and light wine.
