A lovely deep dark red ham with good fat to meat to ratio. The meat is beautifully moist and there is a delicate aroma of pork with a great strong nutty sweet flavour from the acorns. The fat was deliciously creamy and melted in the mouth.

A glossy finely striated ham with a smooth and mouth-wateringly moist texture. The flavour is savoury but also naturally sweet with a meaty depth. An excellently prepared ham.
