Belloterra’s facilities are located in Añora, in the heart of the Los Pedroches region in the north of the province of Córdoba. This area is considered the world’s most populated and best-preserved holm oak pasture.
This enclave allows Iberian pigs to graze in complete freedom with the best raw material: the holm oak acorn, whose high natural sugar content gives ham from Los Pedroches its characteristic sweet flavor.
Our Shop – Exhibition can be found inside the curing room. In there, the company’s specialised staff will explain every detail regarding the world of Iberian ham and the pastures of Los Pedroches. They will answer any questions that visitors might have:
- How can you identify an authentic Iberian acorn-fed ham?
- How do you know if an Iberian ham is in its optimal moment of curing?
- How do you start an Iberian ham?
In our exhibition, you will find all the products that are produced in addition to Iberian acorn-fed ham from Los Pedroches. If you want, you can purchase any of the following items: hams, cold meats, meat, creams and sliced meat. We also have special packages that are perfect for gifts.
We are waiting to help you from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. We await your visit.
